Bulldogs Host LSU On Sunday

STARKVILLE - Mississippi State's women's tennis plays host to the LSU Tigers Sunday at 12:00 p.m. CT at the A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre.
No. 64 MSU (8-6, 0-3 SEC) is coming off of a 7-0 loss to No. 11 Texas A&M in Starkville on Friday.
LSU (1-7, 0-3 SEC) heads south to Starkville after falling to Ole Miss in a 4-1 decision on Friday.
The past two matches between the Bulldogs and Tigers in Starkville have resulted in wins for the Maroon and White.
In doubles play, the duo of Chloé Cirotte and Tamara Racine were up 4-2 on the 3rd-ranked duo of Jayci Goldsmith and Tatiana Makarova.
In singles play, No. 116 Tamara Racine the No. 1 and 2 spots have been solid for the Bulldogs, combining for a 17-8 record.
Cirotte has been playing excellent tennis in singles play this year, having won 12 of her past 16 matches going back to the fall.
Senior Magda Adaloglou has a chance to shake up the record books this match. She needs two wins in singles or doubles to tie former teammate and fellow Greek Anastasia Rentouli (2016-19) for fourth in combined career wins with 150.
