October 07, 2022 | Volleyball
COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Mississippi State volleyball team collected its eighth sweep of the season as the Bulldogs defeated Texas A&M 3-0 (31-29, 25-18, 25-22) on Friday night inside Reed Arena.
"It was a really awesome, gritty win for us on the road tonight against a really good Texas A&M team," head coach Julie Darty Dennis said. "I am proud of our overall team effort and teamwork. Our passers did a great job communicating. We had service pressure from the start, we out-blocked and out-dug them. It was fun to watch all parts of our game. We were really in sync. I am super proud of everybody. Winning on the road is really tough and I am very proud of the Bulldogs."
