Diamond Dawgs and Commodores now slated for 1 p.m. first pitch on Wednesday, June 19

OMAHA, Neb. – With rain forecasted in the Omaha, Nebraska area for most of the evening on Tuesday (June 18), the Mississippi State baseball program will have to wait another day before taking on Vanderbilt in the winner's bracket game of bracket two at the 2019 College World Series.

The Diamond Dawgs and Commodores are now slated to play on Wednesday, June 19 at TD Ameritrade Park. Auburn/Louisville will start off Day 5 at the College World Series at 11 a.m. with the completion of their postponed game (currently 4-1 Louisville in the fourth inning). Mississippi State and Vanderbilt will follow 65 minutes after the completion of that game.

The game will be carried on ESPN and the Mississippi State Radio Network.
