STARKVILLE – Preston Smith highlighted Mississippi State's players in the NFL in Week 10 on Sunday, becoming one of four defenders in the league this season with double-digit sacks.
The Green Bay Packers' outside linebacker was in Carolina's backfield all day, racking up five total pressures, including two quarterback hits and two sacks. Smith, who helped his squad to a 24-16 win, is tied with Cleveland's Myles Garrett for third in the league in sacks with 10.0, just 1.5 behind the leaders.
Chris Jones had another dominant day for Kansas City, totaling seven sacks, two sacks and a forced fumble. Jones has a sack in four of seven games played this season and five total.
Dak Prescott threw three touchdowns for the second straight week in Dallas' 28-24 setback to Minnesota. Prescott is tied for third in the NFL in passing touchdowns with 18.
