With the season in full swing, 31 former Diamond Dawgs are on professional baseball squads through all levels, six of which are on MLB rosters.

Since being recalled to the Yankees roster April 21, reliever Jonathan Holder has pitched 11.2 innings without allowing an earned run. In the 10-game span, Holder has struck out 11 batters, while only allowing three hits, a walk and the unearned run.

Hunter Renfroe hit a pair of home runs Wednesday night while on rehab assignment with the Triple-A El Paso Chihuahuas. Renfroe went on the disabled list with elbow inflammation in late April and will look to rejoin the San Diego Padres soon.

Dakota Hudson has impressed this spring in Triple-A, starting eight times for a 5-1 record and a 2.70 ERA for the Memphis Redbirds.

Playing in Double-A with the Chattanooga Lookouts, Brent Rooker was named Twins Minor League Position Player of the Week for May 13 to 19 after batting .290 with a pair of home runs and eight RBIs.

Nathaniel Lowe has dominated in his second stint with Single-A Advanced Charlotte Stone Crabs. Over 41 games, the first baseman is slashing .370/.455/.611 while collecting nine home runs, 12 doubles and 41 RBIs.

In 18 appearances for the Single-A Lancaster JetHawks, Reid Humphreys has pitched his way to a 1-0 record with a 2.76 ERA and 10 saves over 17.1 innings pitched in relief.

Brandon Woodruff made a big change in his life, optioning to shave his lumberjack beard in favor of a clean-shaven face. The Brewers rookie made his MLB debut in 2017, becoming the most recent former Bulldog to do so.
