STARKVILLE, Miss. – With the regular season rapidly coming to an end, teams are positioning themselves to move up the standings, making Tuesday's matchup between Mississippi State and Texas A&M critical.
Only one game separates the Bulldogs and Aggies, while MSU is just one game out of third.
Tip is set for 6 p.m. CT, with the game televised on the SEC Network. Roy Philpott and Brooke Weisbrod will handle the broadcast, while Neil Price and Richard Williams will have the call on the MSU radio network.
A victory will give MSU its second SEC road win and eight overall for the first time since 2012.
LAST TIME OUT
The Bulldogs led from start to finish in their 79-62 win against Ole Miss. Quinndary Weatherspoon had a double-double with game highs in points (16) and rebounds (10).
Texas A&M fell at Arkansas, 94-75. Robert Williams and Admon Gilder paced the Aggies with 20 points each.

- The Bulldogs are seeking their first win in College Station in four attempts. The three losses have been by a total of 26 points, six in the last two outings.
