STARKVILLE, Miss. – Not since the 2003-04 campaign has Mississippi State been 6-0, but on Thursday that could all change when North Dakota State visits Humphrey Coliseum.
Tip against the Bison is set for 6 p.m., with the game televised on the SEC Network. Matt Stewart and Daymeon Fishback will handle the broadcast, while Neil Price and Richard Williams will have the call on the MSU radio network.
This is the fourth and final game of the Hoops In The Heartland Tournament.
LAST TIME OUT
Mississippi State rallied from an 8-point deficit to beat Jacksonville State on a last-second 3-pointer by Quinndary Weatherspoon, 59-56.
On Tuesday, the Bison dropped a 54-50 decision at Stephen F. Austin.

- Mississippi State is looking to start 6-0 for the first time since beginning the 2003-04 campaing 13-0.
- North Dakota State is one of four first-time opponents for MSU, along with Stephen F. Austin, Green Bay and North Georgia.
- The Bulldogs are 2-0 all-time versus the eight teams that currently comprise the Summit Conference. However, MSU has only played Denver (69-65, Dec. 28, 1956) and Oral Roberts (91-69, Dec. 28, 1978).
- Mississippi State is one of only seven schools nationally whose men's and women's basketball teams are undefeated.
- Freshman guard Nick Weatherspoon has scored in double-digits all five games.
