Lady Bulldog Netters Close Six-Match Homestand With No. 11 Kentucky

STARKVILLE, Miss. -- The 67th-ranked Mississippi State women's tennis team closes out a six-match homestand Sunday afternoon, taking on 11th-rated Kentucky at the A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre on the MSU campus.
The Lady Bulldogs (4-8, 0-3 SEC) look to rebound in the 12:30 p.m. contest against the Wildcats (10-3, 1-4 SEC) after falling to Vanderbilt by a 7-0 margin Friday afternoon.
State is 3-20 all-time versus UK, but the Lady Dogs won last year's meeting in Starkville 4-3 to snap Kentucky's nine-match win streak in the series.
