
Men?s Track & Field Concludes Regular Season At Alex Wilson Invite

SOUTH BEND, Ind., - To conclude the 2015 regular indoor track and field season, the men's team had five Bulldogs compete in the Alex Wilson Invite in South Bend, Ind.
“I feel these guys competed hard today,” MSU coach Steve Dudley said. “We came in wanting to end the regular season on a high note and I feel we did just that, but the season is not over yet. Now we just need to focus on the postseason meets.”
The men's 4x400m relay team finished second after running a time of 3:08.99. The foursome was comprised of Juston Waters , Brandon McBride, Charles Taylor and Scottie Hearn.
Also seeing action on Saturday afternoon was junior Steve Shoto in the 800m run. Shoto ran a personal-best time of 1:51.37 to earn a fifth-place finish.
With the regular season over, the Bulldogs will now turn their focus to the NCAA Championships, which will be held on Mar. 12–14 in Fayetteville.
The women's team will be back in action next weekend at the SEC Championships in Lexington. The Championships will be shown live on SEC Network+.
