Stephanie Siler begins her fourth season with the Lady Bulldogs as the Director of Basketball Operations. Her responsibilities include managing the team's budget, planning and organizing the community development program as well as the team's summer camp sessions. She assists with game scheduling and the associated NCAA and SEC documentation. She oversees the travel arrangements, game tape exchange, adidas and Russell accounts and utilizes her graphic design background to prepare a variety of print materials. Siler also oversees Lady Bulldog equipment operations and the manager staff while overseeing the daily operations of the program.
Prior to the Lady Bulldogs, Siler was the assistant women's basketball coach for Middle Georgia College. At the time of her departure, the team had an 8-2 record in Siler's first collegiate coaching stint.
Prior to MGC, she coached several age groups of Georgia Hotshots' teams, which is a basketball club in the Youth Basketball of America system in addition to coaching 10-U, 16-U and 18-U AAU teams. With Siler at the helm, she led the 16-U and 18-U teams to compete in the international tournament in the Bahamas.
Siler also has experience as a graphic designer, working with two different companies, where she created, developed and prepared logos and a variety of design images for individuals, small businesses, corporate offices, schools and government organizations.
Siler lettered in basketball, soccer and softball at Piedmont College in Demorest, Ga., where she studied graphic design from 1996-2000. She attended Reinhardt College in Waleska, Ga., from 2000-02 to complete her Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and compete for the school's soccer program.
Siler, 28, is a native of Asheville, N.C.
