CAREER: Served primarily as a pinch hitter during first season with the program and was a stable option off the bench at the plate and in the field during her senior season in 2015 ... A dangerous bat that continued to improve since arriving on campus ... Can play both corner outfield positions ... Won the National Junior College Athletic Association Division I National Championship while at Wallace State in 2013.
2015: Appeared in 37 games and made 16 starts, all of which came in the outfield … Made 11 appearances as a pinch hitter and three as a pinch runner … Finished the season with a .295 batting average with 18 hits, five doubles, three home runs and 12 RBI … Posted a slugging percentage of .525 with nine runs scored … Notched three multiple hit games and two multiple RBI games … Had her first hit of the season come against Austin Peay (Feb. 7) with an RBI … Stole her first base of the season against Saint Louis (Feb. 7) … Hit her first-career homer in the Maroon & White at Arkansas (April 6), a game in which she finished 2-for-4 with two RBI, two runs scored and a walk … Had the best performance of her career on Senior Day vs. No. 12 Tennessee (April 19) as she went 2-for-2 with two home runs (one grand slam) and six RBI … Was one of three Bulldogs to have hit two home runs in a game on the 2015 season.
2014: Experienced action in 21 games, starting five ... Earned a pair of starts in left field, two in right and one as the designated player ... Bulldogs won all five contests started ... Hit in the fifth, sixth and seventh spots of the batting order, most often in the six hole (three games) ... Collected three hits, four runs batted in and one scored ... Picked up three walks, one stolen base and a sacrifice bunt during the campaign ... Appeared in a team fifth-most 16 games as a substitute ... Tallied a pair of two-out RBI and successfully advanced base runners 40.9 percent of the time (nine-for-22) ... Recorded two games with two runs batted in ... Experienced action in six Southeastern Conference games, recording eight at-bats ... Made Mississippi State debut against Mississippi Valley State (Feb. 7) and drove in the game-winning run with a single up the middle in the third inning ... Reached base three times in the contest with a pair of walks and a single ... Plated the game-deciding run versus Jacksonville State (Feb. 9) with a pinch-hit two-run double in the bottom of the second inning ... WALLACE STATE (2012-13): A 2013 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I First-Team All-America selection after helping the Lady Lions to the program’s second NJCAA national championship ... Team took the title after downing Salt Lake Community College 7-3 in the third game of the championship series ... Squad finished the year with a 55-12 record ... The initial first-team All-America honoree for Wallace State since 2010 ... Turned in one of the best offensive seasons in Lady Lion history during second year with the program ... Compiled a single-season record 74 RBI to go along with a .461 batting average, 95 hits and 16 homers ... Added 25 doubles and a team-high 27 stolen bases ... Named to the Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC) All-Region Team after the regular season and was placed on the state and national all-tournament teams ... Earned OC Sports NJCAA Player of the Week honors during consecutive weeks in March, becoming the first player in Wallace State history to achieve the feat in back-to-back weeks ... Hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the sixth inning to give the Lady Lions a comeback 2-1 victory against Santa Fe College in the tournament opener ... Added a long ball and five RBI in team’s second tournament game, an 8-6 triumph over top-seeded Butler (Kan.) Community College ... Hit a two-run single against Salt Lake in the third game of the championship series ... As a freshman, was a Second-Team All-North Division selection by the ACCC ... Team finished third at the NJCAA national tournament during initial campaign ... Helped club to the ACCC Region 22 title after hitting .342 with 69 hits, eight doubles, one triple and six home runs ... Posted an on-base percentage of .364 with 39 RBI as a freshman ... A 5A Alabama Sports Writers Association and Huntsville Times All-State Honorable Mention honoree as a senior in 2011 while earning all-county nods in 2009, 2010 and 2011 ... Batted .424 with 54 RBI, 70 hits, 18 doubles, two triples and a home run ... A National Honor Society member and was involved with Mu Alpha Theta, Future Business Leaders of America, DECA, an organization that prepares high school emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management, and Beta Club ...
