Season:ย Played in three events, once as an individualโฆ Competed at Carmel Cup at Pebble Beach Golf Links to open MSUโs season. Carmel Cup (8/31-9/2/18): Posted a final round 2-under 70โฆ Tallied eight birdies. TVA Community Credit Union Invitational (10/15-16/18): Carded a 1-under 71 in the second round.
Non-MSU events: In July, finished seventh at the Trustmarkย Invitational.
2017-18 FRESHMAN SEASON
Awards/Recognitions: Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll.
Season:ย Competed in two tournaments, both times as an individual... Made collegiate debut at USA Individual tournament in February... Finished in the top 20 at the Old Waverly Collegiate Championship in April... Traveled with team to NCAA Regional as a substitute. Old Waverly Collegiate Championship (4/16-17/18): Tied for 16thโฆ Shot a season-best even 72 in the final round.
PRIOR TO MSU
Prepped at Oak Grove High School where he achieved a 4.0 GPAโฆ Won state championship as an eighth grader and high school freshman and sophomore yearsโฆ T-2nd with Bulldog teammate Benjamin Nelson at state championshipโฆ Won six of nine tournaments senior yearโฆ In August 2016, won Canebrake Club Championshipโฆ Finished seventh at 2016 AJGA David Toms Foundation Shreveport Juniorโฆ Grabbed another seventh-place finish at AJGA Killington Junior Golf Championshipโฆ To round out junior season, placed fourth at Junior PGA Championship Section Qualifier.
