Played two seasons at Berkeley Prep (Fla.) … Helped earn program’s first state championship in 2023 when Berkeley Prep defeated Miami Norland in 2M state championship game … Was named to Hillsborough County all-star team and earned first-team all-county recognition … Recorded 60 tackles, 21.0 for loss with 1.0 sack, two fumble recoveries, two pass breakups, two quarterback hurries and one forced fumble during junior season … Helped the Buccaneers advance to regional semifinal round of state playoffs … Also competed in track and field … Earned top-five finishes in discus at district and regional championship meets his senior year.
