BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Mississippi State women's tennis came up short on the road Thursday evening, falling 7-0 to No. 8 Texas A&M Aggies.
The Aggies gained early momentum by claiming the doubles point. Texas A&M secured wins on courts one and two to take the early 1-0 advantage before singles play began.
Mississippi State battled throughout singles competition, looking to even the score, but Texas A&M controlled the match by capturing all six courts to secure the overall victory.
