The matchup is set for Sunday, October 26 at the Fort Bend Epicenter located in Rosenberg, Texas which is a suburb of Houston. A tipoff time will be released at a later date.
Since 2017-18, the Cougars have been one of the nation's most decorated programs averaging 30.4 wins under Kelvin Sampson. Houston has made six consecutive NCAA Sweet 16 trips and is coming off a 35-5 campaign where the Cougars were the 2025 NCAA National Runner Up.
