Madison Francis Invited To USA Basketball Trials

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado – Incoming freshman Madison Francis was invited to participate in the 2025 USA Basketball Women's U19 National Team trials, USA Basketball announced on Thursday.
27 athletes ranging from college sophomores to the high school class of 2028 will participate in the trials, which begin on June 18. The final 12-member roster will be announced following trials. That team will then travel to Brno, Czechia for the 2025 FIBA U19 Women's World Cup in July.
Francis was apart of Team USA's gold-medal winning U18 FIBA Women's AmeriCup team in 2024. She also participated in the Nike Hoop Summit back in April.
Francis was a four-star and 39th-ranked prospect according to ESPN HoopGurlz recruiting rankings. The forward from Lancaster Central High in New York was a 2000+ point scorer, becoming the first player in program history to do such.
