Diamond Dawgs in College Baseball Summer Leagues

STARKVILLE -Â The Mississippi State baseball program sent a handful of student-athletes to play summer baseball in various leagues along the East Coast.
A total of 14 Diamond Dawgs will spread out around the East Coast as they compete in six different summer leagues, including Gavin Black and Karson Ligon playing in the prestigious Cape Cod Baseball League. Â
The remaining 12 players will scatter among five different leagues as they head to the Coastal Plain, New England Collegiate, Perfect Game Collegiate, Prospect and the Valley.
