Weather Cancels Midweek Contest against Memphis Tigers

STARKVILLE – The Mississippi State University baseball contest against the Memphis Tigers has been canceled due to inclement weather.

The contest was suspended in the top of the third inning, with the two teams tied at 1-1.

The State-Memphis matchup will not be rescheduled.

The Dawgs return to Southeastern Conference play this weekend as they travel to Baton Rouge to take on the LSU Tigers. First pitch for Friday's series opener is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. CT, with the game set to broadcast on the SEC Network.
