MSU had four players finish with a multi-hit games
The Bulldogs scored the contest's first run in the second inning off a Luke Hancock RBI single. He finished 2-for-3 on the day while also reaching on a walk. Bryce Chance went 2-for-4 at the plate, driving in one run and Kellum Clark went 2-for-4 on the day. Lane Forsythe hit a two-run homer in the seventh, leading the team in runs driven in.
The Bulldogs and Commodores are back in action tomorrow, concluding the series at 1 p.m. The game will be broadcast on SECN+.
