MSU Kids Coach - Lundyn Roberts

Kid Coach is a partnership between Children's of Mississippi and the Mississippi State Bulldogs to salute pediatric patients. Their inspirational stories remind us just how truly courageous these young people are.
This week's Children's of Mississippi Kid Coach is Lundyn Roberts of Jackson.
Lundyn was born with Aicardi Syndrome, an extremely rare neurological disorder that occurs almost always in girls. The condition, estimated to affect about 4,000 people worldwide, causes seizures and other complications. It has no cure.
To help manage her care, Lundyn sees the pediatric experts on the complex care team at Children's of Mississippi. In her four years of life, Lundyn has had stays in the PICU, the NICU, and on just about every floor in the hospital. Her mom says Lundyn's doctor is always responsive to questions, and all her nurses, too many to name, have been good to them both.
Lundyn loves being cuddled and listening to music. She doesn't love getting her hair combed and her teeth brushed.
We will miss you at Saturday's game, Lundyn, but your friends at Children's of Mississippi are cheering for you!
