Four PR’s Fall on First Day in Oxford

OXFORD – Despite the cold temperatures, the Mississippi State track and field program still broke four personal bests on the first day of the Joe Walker Invite:
The final day of the Joe Walker Invite begins Saturday at 10:15 a.m. CT with the continuation of the women's heptathlon. Broughton (3,352 pts) and Woodberry (3,113 pts) currently sit in first and third place, respectively, with only three events remaining (long jump, javelin, 800m). MSU will compete in the men's and women's discus at 12 p.m. CT, followed by the track events (2:35 p.m. CT) later that day.
