Women’s Golf Set to Conclude Regular Season at Auburn Individual

STARKVILLE – The Mississippi State women's golf team is set to compete in the regular season's final event as they travel to Opelika, Ala. for the Auburn Individual. This event is an individual-only event that will feature players from Auburn, Alabama, Kansas State, LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss and South Carolina.
The Saugahatchee Country Club will set the stage for the 2022 Auburn Individual with the first two rounds being played on Monday with the final round on Tuesday.
Shooting first for the Bulldogs is freshman Elle Fox who is making her second appearance of the season and first of the spring season. Fox's previous outing came at the 2021 Mason Rudolph Invitational where she shot a career-low, 75 (+3) in the final round.
Shooting second for State is sophomore Jarutrawee Khotchagrai, who will be making her second appearance of the season and first of the spring season. In her previous outing in the 2021 edition of The Ally, Khotchagrai finished 67th.
Freshman Ana Pina Ortega will shoot third in her third appearance of the spring. Last time out, Pina Ortega competed in the Vystar Gators Invitational where she finished with a final tally of 233.
Graduate Lauren Miller will round out the starters for MSU in her second appearance of the spring. Last time out, Miller secured a final score of 221 (5-over) in the 2022 Paradise Invitational.
State will tee off Monday at 8 a.m. CT with a shotgun start.
