Le Bonheur Children's Hospital Patient of the Week is a partnership between Le Bonheur and the Mississippi State Bulldogs to acknowledge extraordinary pediatric patients.
This week's Le Bonheur Children's Hospital Patient of the Week is Rylee Tedford of Amory, Miss.
Rylee was born with Amblyopia, an eye condition, and has been a patient at Le Bonheur since she was 2 years old. When Rylee was 3 years old, she had surgery at Le Bonheur correct the issue and repair the muscles behind her eyes. She has yearly ophthalmology follow-up appointments at Le Bonheur.
Today, Rylee is 12 years old and in the fifth grade at Hatley School.
She loves singing and dancing, talking on the phone with her friends and making crafts.
