SCHEDULE UPDATE: Bulldogs’ Matchup vs. Tennessee Rescheduled For Feb. 16

STARKVILLE – The Mississippi State women's basketball contest against Tennessee, originally slated for Feb. 4, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, Feb. 16, at Humphrey Coliseum. The game will tip at 4 p.m. CT and will be televised nationally on ESPNU.
Tickets for the game originally scheduled for Feb. 4 will be honored on Tuesday. Doors will open to Humphrey Coliseum will open one hour prior to tip. Mississippi State's Ticket Office will contact season ticket holders via email with additional details.
Mississippi State head coach Nikki McCray-Penson played at Tennessee during college. She was a two-time SEC Player of the Year, one of just three Lady Vols to ever achieve that feat, and she led UT to a national title appearance as a senior. She won a combined five SEC titles and finished her collegiate career with a 122-11 record.
The addition of this game will not affect either of MSU's other contests next week. State will play at Ole Miss on Sunday at 3 p.m. and will then host Auburn on Thursday at 8 p.m.
