Ettlin Tees Off For Team Switzerland In The 2021 Spirit Competition

TRINITY, Texas – Loïc Ettlin will represent Mississippi State at the 2021 Sprit International Amateur Golf Championship this week at the Whispering Pines Golf Club in Trinity, Texas.

Ettlin will compete for Team Switzerland on Nov. 4-6, marking his second appearance in the international event (2019). The Spirit features 80 competitors from 20 countries and four continents.

Two female and two male amateurs from each country will play at the 54-hole competition for a chance at gold in five concurrent categories: international team, men's pair, women's pair, and men's and women's individual stroke play.

The 10th biennial Spirit International Amateur Golf Championship is presented by the Will Erwin Headache Foundation and will be broadcast on GolfChannel.com, the NBC Sports app and on TheSpiritGolf.com.
