Baseball to Receive National Championship Rings, Celebrate Alumni Weekend

The 2021 National Champions will be recognized on-field during MSU’s home football game versus Kentucky
STARKVILLE – It's been nearly four months since the Mississippi State baseball team captured the program's first national championship and the celebration will continue Oct. 29-30 during Alumni Weekend.

The weekend schedule kicks off on Friday, Oct. 29 with the Alumni Golf Tournament followed by a dinner with past Bulldog greats that night. On Saturday (Oct. 30), members of the Diamond Dawg family will gather for the Alumni Tailgate prior to the football game versus Kentucky that night for Homecoming.

The 2021 National Champions will be recognized on-field during MSU's home football game versus Kentucky with a ring presentation, while baseball alumni will also be in attendance and honored throughout the contest.

To celebrate Mississippi State's 2021 baseball national championship, the national title trophy will be on display at the Coke Fan Fest leading up to the 6 p.m. kickoff between the Bulldogs and Wildcats. Diamond Dawg fans will have a chance to see the national championship trophy in person and take photos from 2-5:30 p.m. on game day.

Discounted tickets are on sale now for $21 in honor of the MSU baseball team capturing the 2021 national championship. Click HERE to purchase tickets to watch State take on Kentucky on the gridiron on Oct. 30 at Davis Wade Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. on Saturday night.
