Time Change Announced for Wednesday Contest versus Alcorn State

Diamond Dawgs will now play at 2 p.m. on Wednesday (Feb. 26) versus Braves
STARKVILLE – As another cold front pushes through the area, the Mississippi State baseball program has announced that first pitch against Alcorn State on Wednesday, February 26 will now be at 2 p.m.

With classes in session on the Mississippi State campus on Wednesday, reserved baseball parking will not be available. ADA parking will still be offered in Lot 2, located between Humphrey Coliseum and the Sanderson Center.

Fans have filled The Dude over the first two weeks of the 2020 season, helping the Diamond Dawgs set a February program record with 12,034 fans at the Saturday, February 22 victory over Oregon State. The previous week, State welcomed what is now the second-largest February crowd in MSU history in a win over Wright State at 11,006 fans for the Saturday, February 15 victory.

MSU students receive free admission all season long with their student ID.

Maroon Memories and $2 general admission tickets are available for all midweek games this season.

While reserved seating season tickets are sold out for the 34th straight season, general  admission/standing room only season tickets are available for a cost of $199. GA/SRO season tickets can be purchased at the Mississippi State Ticket Office, located in the Bryan Building off of Lakeview Drive. Tickets can also be purchased by calling 1-888-GO-DAWGS or online at hailstate.com/tickets.
