Devroe Finishes Sixth in 800m at JDL Invite

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Serving as the final tuneup before the conference championship next weekend, Dejon Devroe competed in the JDL Invite in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on Saturday.
The senior earned a sixth-place finish in the Men's Invite 800m with a time of 1:52.53.
"We didn't get the result we wanted," head coach Chris Woods said. "We have to turn our focus and attention to next week's championships."
Devroe and the Bulldogs will prepare for the 2020 SEC Indoor Track and Field Championships, held Feb. 28-29 in College Station, Texas.
