Basketball ‘Dawg Talk’ Returns to The Veranda on Tuesday

STARKVILLE – Mississippi State basketball's 'Dawg Talk' radio show presented by C-Spire starts back this week at The Veranda located on 208 Lincoln Green in Starkville, beginning with Vic Schaefer on Tuesday, Jan. 7, from 7-8 p.m. Ben Howland makes his first appearance next Wednesday, Jan. 15, during the same time slot.
Fans are invited to attend the radio shows hosted by the "Voice of the Bulldogs" Jason Crowder and Neil Price. The show can be heard on the affiliates of the MSU Sports Radio Network presented by Learfield IMG College. It also is available online courtesy of www.HailState.com/plus and the TuneIn app.
Fans can interact with the show by submitting their questions each week via Twitter to @HailStateVoice, @HailStateMBK and @HailStateWBK. The show will also be available on Facebook Live.
The two coaches will split the shows, which will run from 7-8 p.m. each week throughout the entire season. Howland is scheduled to appear on Jan. 15, Feb. 5, Feb. 17 and March 4, while Schaefer is slated for Jan. 7, Jan. 29, Feb. 12, Feb. 26 and March 2.
The women's program also will continue to host its luncheons for fans on Jan. 7, Jan. 21, Feb. 11 and Feb. 26 starting at 11:30 a.m. upstairs at the Mize Pavilion inside Humphrey Coliseum.
