Baseball Announces Fall Schedule

Diamond Dawgs host nine intra-squad scrimmages, Fall World Series and Louisiana, while traveling to UAB during fall schedule

STARKVILLE – Baseball is back at Dudy Noble Field, at least for the next six weeks, as the Mississippi State baseball program has announced its fall schedule, including the Fall World Series and, games versus Louisiana and at UAB.

The Diamond Dawgs will begin fall practice with its first scrimmage of the season on Friday, Sept. 13 and face off with one another on seven more occasions before hosting Louisiana at Dudy Noble Field on Saturday, Oct. 5.

The Fall World Series will take place from Thursday, October 10-Saturday, October 12, before the final intra-squad scrimmage takes place the following Friday (Oct. 18). State then caps fall practice with a trip to UAB for its final scrimmage of the six-week schedule on Sunday, Oct. 20.

All scrimmages are free and open to the public, with spectators asked to enter the stadium via the home plate entrance, located between Humphrey Coliseum and the Palmeiro Center. Spectators that attend scrimmages at Dudy Noble Field are asked to please use the lower bowl seating areas, as the upper bowl and premium areas will be closed during the fall.

Fans are reminded that on football weekends, RVs parked for football game can arrive Fridays and depart on Sundays. We ask that everyone please be courteous and not block any parked cars/RVs in any lots.
