Women’s Basketball to Host Annual End of Year Banquet Monday

STARKVILLE – Mississippi State's women's basketball will celebrate another 30-win season on Monday night with the team's annual year-end awards banquet.
Fans are invited to join the Bulldogs at The Mill at 6 p.m. CT on April 15. A limited number of seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and doors will open at 5 p.m.
The Bulldogs will distribute individual team awards and highlight career accomplishments while hearing from each of the team's five seniors. In addition to handing out team awards, head coach Vic Schaefer, his staff and players will recap a season that saw the Bulldogs win their first SEC Tournament championship.
Schaefer will also honor one fan in attendance with the Season's Greatest Fan Award.
Fans can purchase tickets with cash or check for $25 at the door, but should RSVP in advance by contacting Diane Brown in the women's basketball offices at 662-325-0198 or by emailing dbrown@athletics.msstate.edu.
