
Pichaikool Retains Arnold Palmer Cup Ranking

STARKVILLE – Mississippi State men's golf junior Peng Pichaikool was rated third on the Penultimate Arnold Palmer Cup International Team Ranking released Thursday.
The top six golfers from the men's and women's United States and International teams - 24 individuals - will receive automatic bids to play in the prestigious Arnold Palmer Cup at the Alotian Club in Roland, Arkansas.
Full teams will be announced live on Golf Channel's Golf Central on Wednesday, March 6 from the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Pichaikool was ranked fourth in the Arnold Palmer Cup's first ranking, which came out in December, then rose to third on the mid-February list.
Since then, Pichaikool competed for MSU at the Florida Gators Invitational and picked up his fourth consecutive top-15 finish.
MSU's next event is the Desert Mountain Intercollegiate, which begins March 9.
