CARLSBAD, Calif. โย Mississippi State men's golf ends its historic 2025-26 campaign at the NCAA Championship.

The Bulldogs saved their best golf in Carlsbad for last, firing a final round of 9-under 279 โ the lowest NCAA Championship round in program history โ to give MSU its best-ever NCAA Championship finish at 17th overall.

Senior Ugo Malcor wrapped up his collegiate career in style, carding a final round of 3-under 69 to tie the program's lowest NCAA Championship round by an individual.ย

Malcor put together five birdies on the Omni La Costa North Course, including four in a stretch of 10 holes, to finish in a tie for 32nd overall.

True freshman Jackson Skinner joined Malcor with a 3-under 69 in round three, catching fire on the back nine with three birdies in his last six holes.ย

Dain Richie closed out his collegiate career with a 2-under 70. He rebounded from a 2-over front nine with five birdies on his second nine, joining Malcor in a tie for 32nd. Richie played gritty golf in round one, carding five birdies following an opening triple bogey to open the event with a 1-under 71.

Garrett Endicott, one of the most decorated golfers in Mississippi State history, fired a 1-under 71 in his final round as a Bulldog. Making the turn at 2-over, the senior made a late charge with three birdies in his last six holes. This marks his 25th par-or-better round of the season, tying a program record.

True freshman Jackson Cook made his first NCAA Championship debut in round three to round out the Bulldog lineup.

State concludes the season having compiled two tournament victories, six top-five finishes, an appearance in SEC Match Play, and the program's best NCAA Championship finish.
