Women’s Hoops’ Three-Year SEC Schedule Rotation Announced

STARKVILLE, Miss. – Mississippi State's Southeastern Conference women's basketball schedule rotation for the next three seasons has been announced by the league office.
The back-to-back national finalist Bulldogs' 16-game league slate includes three home and away opponents. State's permanent league foe is in-state rival Ole Miss, with the other two rotating each season.
In addition to two matchups against the Rebels in 2019, the reigning SEC champions have home and away contests against LSU and South Carolina.
The 2019 home SEC slate includes Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee and Vanderbilt, while MSU travels to Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida and Texas A&M.
In 2020, MSU meets the Rebels, Auburn and Georgia twice while hosting Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, LSU and Texas A&M. That season's road slate includes Kentucky, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee and Vanderbilt.
In 2021, State's home and away opponents include Alabama and Vanderbilt in addition to Ole Miss. The Bulldogs host Auburn, Kentucky, Missouri, South Carolina and Tennessee while trekking to Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, LSU and Texas A&M.
Mississippi State is coming off a historic 2017-18 season that saw Vic Schaefer's Bulldogs post a school-record 37-2 mark, including the second-best win streak in SEC history (32-straight wins), en route to notching the program's first SEC regular season championship.
After earning the program's first No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, State rolled to the Kansas City Region title and an appearance in the national championship game for the second year in a row.
