Women's Track and Field Ranked No. 20

STARKVILLE, Miss. – With two weeks left before the SEC Indoor Track and Field Championships, Mississippi State's women are ranked No. 20 in the latest USTFCCCA polls.
"We put up some good times, including Logan's huge school-record performance, over the weekend," MSU coach Steve Dudley said. "Unfortunately, we didn't face the strongest competition at those meets. Heading to Clemson and Vanderbilt this week will give us the opportunity to see the best of the SEC before the conference championships."
The Bulldog women will face eight ranked teams, including seven from the SEC, at the Tiger Paw Invitational hosted by Clemson on Friday and Saturday. The men will also take on eight ranked opponents, with six of those being conference foes.
A smaller contingent of MSU athletes, including the team's distance runners will travel to Nashville instead to compete in the Music City Challenge hosted by Vanderbilt.
