SAN JOSE del CABO, Mexico – Mississippi State women's golf closed the fall season on a strong note, firing a final-round 291 to finish seventh in the Battle At The Beach in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico.
State posted its best round of the weekend to give Ginger Brown-Lemm's squad a number of positives to build on before teeing off the spring slate in 2019.

Miller's classmate Hannah Levi found some momentum on the front nine, rolling in putts for back-to-back birdies on Nos. 2 and 3. She had her best round of the weekend on Sunday, shooting a 1-over 72 to finish tied for 29th with an 8-over 221.
Sophomore Aubree Jones and Junior Clara Moyano both finished in 36th position with a 222. Jones carded a 76 on Sunday, while Moyano birdied four holes for her best round of the weekend with a 72.
