Ramskogler, Strickland Drop Singles Bouts At Samford Fall Invite

PELHAM, Ala. – On Saturday at the Pelham Racquet Club, Mississippi State's Gregor Ramskogler and Stedman Strickland dropped their first singles matches of the Samford Fall Invite.
Both matches were in hard-fought, three-set fashion, as Ramskogler dropped a tough 3-6, 6-4, 6-2 decision to Alabama State's Ion Efrim while Strickland fell in three to Tom El Safadi of UAB by a 6-2, 3-6, 6-4 mark.
The Bulldog newcomers will finish up their weekend in Pelham on Sunday.
