HOUSTON - Jordan Thomas scored his first and second career NFL touchdowns on Thursday night in the Houston Texans' 42-23 win over the Miami Dolphins at NRG Stadium.
Thomas hauled in a 13-yard touchdown catch with 14:14 left in the second quarter to put the Texans up 14-7 and later scored again with a 2-yard catch on 4th-and-goal with 11:34 left in the third quarter.
On the season, Thomas has caught eight passes for 120 yards and his two scores tonight, averaging 15.0 yards per catch. His longest reception of the season is 39 yards.

With his two scoring grabs, Thomas tied a franchise record for the most touchdown receptions in a game by a rookie. He is the first Texans tight end to catch a touchdown this season.This isn't an instant replay...
