BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – In the first action of the 2018 spring season, the Mississippi State women's tennis duo of Madison Harrison and Khrystyna Vozniak went 1-0 in doubles and 1-1 in singles at the Indiana Winter Invite Saturday.

The day started with the senior Bulldog duo posting a 6-4 win against DePaul's Lenka Antonijevic and Keisha Clousing. State's pair will face Indiana's Madison Appel and Michelle McKamey Sunday at 9 a.m. CT and Colorado's Annabelle Andrinopoulos and Louise Ronaldson at 2:30 p.m. CT.

In singles action Saturday, Harrison posted an impressive come-from behind victory against DePaul's Clousing in the Indiana Flight singles draw. After falling 6-3 in the first set, Harrison fought back to win 3-6, 7-5, 1-0(7). She matches up with Indiana's Appel Sunday at 10 a.m. CT. In the same draw, MSU's Vozniak dropped a tough three-set affair to Caitlin Bernard of host Indiana 2-6, 6-4, 1-0(5). On Sunday, she will face Hoosier Natalie Whalen at 10 a.m. CT.
