From State to Sundays - Week One Update

STARKVILLE, Miss. - Week One of the NFL season has come to a close, and it is time to take a look at how the 17 former Bulldogs who have gone #FromStateToSundays fared.
Fletcher Cox had a dominant performance on the Philadelphia defensive line on Sunday, collecting a sack and forcing a fumble in his team's 20-17 win at Washington. The seventh-year veteran also took scooped up a fumble for a touchdown to give the Eagles a two-possession lead with 1:29 left in the fourth quarter. Preston Smith also collected a sack, along with four tackles for Washington, while K.J. Wright (Seattle) and Benardrick McKinney (Houston) each tallied nine tackles.
Dak Prescott got off on the right foot for his sophomore season on Sunday Night Football, completing 24 of 39 passes for 268 yards and a touchdown, while throwing no interceptions in his first win against the Giants. The 2017 Rookie of the Year has thrown only four interceptions through 17 games, the least since the NFL-AFL merger. With two more pass attempts, he could have the least interceptions through his first 500 attempts of any quarterback in NFL history.
