STARKVILLE, Miss. – 17 current and four future Mississippi State Bulldogs are continuing their growth and development by participating in summer baseball leagues across the country. The 21 Diamond Dawgs span nine leagues and 13 teams.

- Jake Mangum continues to swing a hot bat this summer, posting a .365 clip with a .421 on-base percentage for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. Teammate Hunter Stovall sits at .286 and hit his first home run of the summer after hitting two in the spring.
- In five games for the Victoria HarbourCats this week, Hunter Vansau went 7-for-16 (.438) with two doubles, a home run and four RBIs.
- Future Bulldog Marshall Gilbert collected three doubles, two home runs and 12 RBIs for the Elmira Pioneers, improving his average to .333 for the season as he leads the team with 17 RBI.
- Luke Alexander was 6-for-11 (.545) over the last week for the Cotuit Kettleers.
- Incoming freshman Rowdy Jordan collected his first home run to go along with five RBIs for the Terre Haute Rex.
