STARKVILLE, Miss. – For the second time in as many seasons, the Mississippi State women's basketball team enters Southeastern Conference play undefeated as the Bulldogs take their perfect 14-0 record on the road to Georgia.
The contest is set to tip at 5 p.m. CT in Athens, Ga., and will be broadcast nationally on the SEC Network with Courtney Lyle and Andraya Carter on the call.
Jason Crowder and Charlie Winfield will describe the action on the MSU Radio Network. Stations carrying the game include: WFCA-FM 107.9 in French Camp, WKBB-FM 100.9 in the Golden Triangle, WCNA-FM 95.9 in Tupelo and WVBG-FM 105.5 in Vicksburg.

State wrapped up its regular season non-conference schedule with a commanding 112-36 win against Mississippi Valley State, marking the program's highest point total since 1993 in a tie for the school's second-largest margin of victory.
Junior Teaira McCowan's career-high 41 points in the contest tied teammate Morgan William for the eighth-most points scored in a single game in the MSU record books.
The Brenham, Texas, native leads State in scoring (19.9 ppg) and rebounding (12.5 rpg) while ranking first in the SEC with a .657 field goal percentage.
McCowan also ranks in the top five nationally in six different categories, including 10 double-doubles that are most in the SEC.
Senior Victoria Vivians follows close behind McCowan, averaging 19.8 points per game on 54.9 percent shooting from the field. Her 41.4-percent conversion rate from three-point range is the best of the Bulldogs.
Mississippi State wrapped the pre-SEC slate perfect for the fourth time in program history, with three coming in the last four seasons. The Bulldogs are one of two undefeated SEC teams and six in the nation.
Georgia is sixth MSU opponent to be ranked or receiving votes. The Athens-based Bulldogs enter Sunday at 12-1. The Lady Bulldogs' lone loss came against then-No. 2 Texas in the Big 12/SEC Challenge.
State returns to the Humphrey Coliseum to face Arkansas on Thursday, Jan. 4. The 8 p.m. tip will be broadcast on the SEC Network.
