
MSU-Florida To Play Saturday Doubleheader

STARKVILLE, Miss. - Due to expected rainy weather on Sunday, Mississippi State's Saturday baseball game against the University of Florida has been changed to a doubleheader. Mississippi State's request for the schedule change was approved by the Southeastern Conference early Saturday.
Game time for the opening game at Dudy Noble Field will remain at 2 p.m., with game two to begin 50 minutes following the opener.
The teams were originally scheduled to play Sunday's series finale at 12:35 p.m.
Mississippi State won Friday's series-opener 6-2 behind the complete-game, 11-strikeout performance of senior left-hander Brooks Dunn.
