Crabbe Posts Third Place Finishes At Fast Times

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Mississippi State senior Dion Crabbe took two third place finished at the Fast Times Qualifier in Gainesville, Fla., on Thursday.
The senior from the Virgin Islands posted a 21.38 to take third on the flat track in the Stephen O'Connell Center, which rates as his second-best time on the season after his 21.10 in the prelims of the SEC Championships. Crabbe also picked up third place in the long jump with a leap of 23-5 ?Ľ.
Three Bulldogs will be in action Friday and Saturday in New York City at the USA Track & Field Championships at the Armory Track & Field Center. Senior Elisha Williams will compete in the women's long jump, while Marquis Davis and Glenn McFadden represent the 16th-ranked Bulldogs in the men's sprint events.
