@HailStateWBK No. 13 In Latest USA Today Coaches Poll

STARKVILLE, Miss. – A day after coming in 14th in the Associated Press poll, Mississippi State also remained in the Top 15 of the USA Today Coaches poll, checking in at No. 13.
The Bulldogs earned a 32nd-straight week in the poll heading into a Top 20 home showdown against No. 16 Kentucky at 6 p.m. Thursday.
Vic Schaefer's squad fell to 21-5 overall and 8-4 in SEC play following a 64-58 setback at Texas A&M in last week's lone action.
The Aggies moved to No. 12 in Tuesday's rating, while the Wildcats jumped two places to rank No. 16 in both of this week's polls.
Thursday's “Think Pink” contest, which will be broadcast nationally on the SEC Network, will be MSU's third straight against a ranked foe.
The first 500 fans in attendance Thursday will receive a free “Think Pink” T-shirt courtesy of OCH.
MSU, which is tied for second in the SEC standings, is the third-highest ranked league team in the poll behind South Carolina (No. 2) and the Aggies.
Florida fell six places to No. 25, while Tennessee dropped out of the polls following Monday's loss to No. 2 South Carolina.
Tickets to Thursday's Top-20 showdown at Humphrey Coliseum cost $5 for adults. Admission is free for both youth ages 17 and under and MSU students.
