STARKVILLE, Miss. - Week nine of the NFL season has come to a close, and it is time to take a look at how the 19 former Bulldogs who have gone #FromStateToSundays fared.
Dak Prescott led Dallas to their seventh straight victory in week nine, and the Cowboys lead the NFC East with a 7-1 record. Completing 21-27 passes and three touchdowns, Prescott played perhaps his best game of his rookie season, leading the Cowboys to a 35-10 win at Cleveland.
K.J. Wright tied a season-best for tackles with 11 in a 31-25 win against Buffalo on Monday Night Football. Wright also earned his third sack of the season.
Three-year veterans Gabe Jackson and Denico Autry contributed to the Oakland Raiders seventh win. At 7-2, the Raiders are in first place in the AFC West past the season's midway point for the first time in five years. Jackson has started every game at guard, while Autry started his second game, collecting 3 tackles and knocking down a pass in the 30-20 victory against the Broncos.
On Monday, Washington signed offensive tackle Blaine Clausell. Clausell, who had previously been a member of the Baltimore Ravens practice squad, joins college teammate and linebacker Preston Smith, who has started all eight games for Washington.
