Former Bulldog hurler Chris Stratton has not walked a batter in 12 innings for the Scottsdale Scorpions

STARKVILLE, Miss. – Regular season baseball may have concluded, but three former Bulldogs have taken their talents to Arizona to showcase their skills in the Arizona Fall League. Below are their updated stats following games which ended Thursday, October 28, 2016. Please tweet any corrections to @HailStateBB.
- Chris Stratton turned in his best performance of the fall league slate on October 20, earning a win against the Salt River Rafters. He tossed five innings in which he struck out six batters on zero walks and just three hits. His 11 K's puts him in the top-10 in the league in that category, while his zero walks makes him one of just three AFL starters to have not surrendered a walk.
- Nick Routt pitched a pair of perfect innings on October 11, striking out three in the relief appearance for the Peoria Javelinas.
- Also for the Javelinas, Evan Mitchell turned in a pair of solid relief outings. On October 19, he pitched 2.0 perfect innings that included three strikeouts. He followed that up three days later with a one-hit, shutout inning of relief and picked up the win against Chris Stratton's Scottsdale Scorpions.
- The fall season concludes on November 19 with the Arizona Fall League championship game, with the regular season ending on November 17.
