Braun Qualifies For Main Draw of Niceville Futures

NICEVILLE, Fla. – After downing two opponents in straight sets on Monday, freshman Niclas Braun earned a spot in the main draw of the Niceville 10K Futures.
In his first match of the day, Braun defeated Christopher Ephron, 6-0, 7-5, before making quick work of Willem Schrans, 6-0, 6-0 to qualify for Wednesday's main draw.
The Bulldogs will have two participants in the event's main draw, as junior Rishab Agarwal awaits his opponent on Tuesday.
Agarwal advanced to the quarterfinal of the Player's Choice Open, before traveling to Florida for the Niceville Futures.
