CANCUN, Mexico ? Oklahoma rattled off a 9-0 run to start the game and continued to control the floor as the 10th-ranked Sooners (2-2) defeated the Mississippi State Lady Bulldogs (4-2), 88-73, on Friday at the 2007 Caribbean Challenge in Cancun, Mexico.

Twin sister Ashley led all scorers with 24 points. Nyeshia Stevenson went 5-of-6 from the floor to add 17 and Jenna Plumley was 4-of-7 from behind the arc with 12 points.
