
Play Suspended Monday At Mason Rudolph Invitational

FRANKLIN , Tenn. ? The second round of the 2007 Mason Rudolph Invitational was suspended due to inclement weather conditions Monday in the area of the event's locale, the Vanderbilt Legends Club of Tennessee. Play is scheduled to resume at 8 a.m. CT Tuesday morning.
Mississippi had a one-stroke lead over Mississippi State after round one of the event. Originally scheduled for 54 holes, officials will evaluate whether to play the final 18 holes following completion of the second round of play Tuesday. The event can be considered official after 36 holes if conditions do not allow play to continue.
On Sunday, Noah Goldman lead the Bulldogs in round one with a 2-under par, 69, and is tied for third in the individual standings. Junior Matt Fast trails Goldman by one stroke while tied for ninth. Juniors Carlos Sainz, Jr., Logan Young, and Josh Bevell, have notched a 72, 73, and 74 in descending order.
